We are very grateful for your trust in our pet drying box and know that your choice of us represents high expectations for quality and service. However, we also understand that sometimes purchases may not be satisfactory and returns are a natural necessity.

 

To ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience, we have the following return policy:

Your shopping satisfaction is very important to us, so we offer a generous return validity period. Petsupplysto.com returns are valid for 30 natural days, which means you have plenty of time to inspect your pet drying boxes and make sure they meet your expectations.

 

If you need to return your pet drying box, you can contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] to request a return, or you can find the order you need to return on the order details page and submit your return request, we will process your return order within 1-2 business days. We will process the refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned pet drying box.

 

However, the return needs to be in fulfillment of the following conditions:
1) The returned pet drying box must be in its original quality and functionality, in good cosmetic condition and come with all original packaging, accessories and tags.
2) The returned pet drying box is in brand new condition.
3) It does not affect secondary sales.

Warranty Policy

The warranty period of pet drying box is within 1 year after you sign the receipt. During the warranty period, if the pet drying box you purchased has problems such as failure to operate, please contact our customer service Wu Hongkun by emailing photos and videos reflecting the product problem to [email protected], we will confirm the repair time and repair cost with you.

 

If there are quality problems such as unusability, the repair costs and shipping costs will be borne by us; if the pet drying box is damaged due to your carelessness, the repair costs and shipping costs will be borne by you.

 

If you need to return the pet drying box to the factory for repair, please send the pet drying box back to Room 612-7, 6th Floor, Times Building, Zhongxin Middle Road, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China, and send the logistics information to [email protected] contact our customer service Wu Hongkun. After the repair is completed, we will ship it back to you.

 

The warranty is valid from the date you sign for the pet drying box.

Requesting a Return

If you need to return an order, please contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] to apply for return within 30 natural days after signing.

 

Alternatively, you can find the order you need to return on the order details page, submit your return request and we will confirm your return request as soon as possible.

Return Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our pet drying box, you can follow the steps below to return it:

 

1) There is a return label included in our original packaging, please fill in the relevant information on the label before returning the product.

 

2) Contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] to apply for a return, or find the order to be returned on the order details page and submit a return application.

 

3) Please send the pet drying box together with the original packaging and return label, and send the logistics information and express delivery number to our customer service Wu Hongkun via email [email protected]. 4) Upon receipt of the pet drying box, we will inspect it and arrange a refund for you once the return is approved.

 

If your pet drying box was never delivered or has not been delivered for more than 16 business days, please contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] and we will issue you a full refund.

 

If the pet drying box you received has a quality problem such as wear and tear, you can contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] and we will return it to you for a refund, with shipping costs borne by Petsupplysto.com.

 

If you need to return a pet drying box because you don’t like the style of the box or for other personal preference reasons, please contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] and we will provide you with a refund for the cost of the return, but the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Procedure

If you need to exchange the pet drying box you received, you can follow the steps below:

 

1) Contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] to apply for an exchange, or find the order that needs to be exchanged on the order details page and submit an exchange request.

 

2) Please send the pet drying box back with the original package and send the logistics information and courier number to our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected]. 3) Once we receive the pet drying box, we will check and resend it to you as soon as possible.

If the pet drying box you received needs to be exchanged due to a quality problem such as wear and tear or a shipping error, please contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] and we will reship it to you with shipping costs borne by Petsupplysto.com.

Refund Amount

1) Refund processing method for successful returns

 

After the return is successful, your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.

 

2) Refund processing method for canceled orders

 

After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.

 

It may take some time for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.

Cost of Secondary Shelving

Please note that you don’t need to pay for the secondary shelving.

Return Order Processing Time

Petsupplysto.com’s return order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (PST).

 

We will process your return order within 1-2 business days, in case of holidays, it will be postponed. In case of timeout, please contact customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected].

 

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Monday – Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 9:00 AM the following morning.

 

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning.

 

Orders will not be processed on weekends.

About Order Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made within half an hour of placing the order and while the order is still being processed.

 

After that time, our orders will go through the packing process. Once packing is complete, the order cannot be canceled.
