What should I do if my pet's hair gets tangled while using the pet drying box?

First of all, stop using the pet drying box immediately to avoid further aggravation of hair entanglement.

Carefully examine the location of the tangled hair. Use your hands to touch and gently separate the tangled hair to find the source of the tangle.

If the hair is heavily tangled and cannot be easily separated, use small scissors to discreetly cut the tangled hair. Make sure to be very careful so as not to cut your pet’s skin.

To prevent the hair from getting tangled again, you can thoroughly comb your pet’s hair before using the pet drying box to make sure there are no tangled parts.

How do I clean my pet drying box?

Before you start cleaning, make sure the pet drying box is powered off to avoid accidental injury.

Remove the filter carefully and clean the filter. You can use a vacuum cleaner or a brush to gently remove hair and dust from it.
