Our Payment Method

Petsupplysto.com only provides one payment method, PayPal.

 

PayPal is a secure online payment method that allows you to pay using your PayPal account or directly with your credit card.

Payment Procedure

Method One:

Step 1: Click to enter the product details page of the pet drying box you want to purchase.

Step 2: Enter the quantity you want to purchase and click the “PayPal” button.

Step 3: Log in to your PayPal account and complete the payment.

Method Two:

 

Step 1: Click to enter the product details page of the pet drying box you want to purchase.

 

Step 2: Add the pet drying box you want to buy to your shopping cart.

 

Step 3: Click “View Cart” to enter the shopping cart.

Step 4: Check “Cart totals” to confirm the order information. At this point, you can choose to directly click the “PayPal” button to pay or click “Proceed to checkout” to enter the settlement page.

 

If you choose to use PayPal to pay, please complete the payment after logging into your PayPal account.

Step 5: If you click the “Proceed to checkout” button and enter the settlement page, please carefully fill in the name, address, phone number, email and other information in the “Billing details”, and check whether you need to ship to a different address.

 

Step 6: Check your order information and proceed to the next step of payment.

Step 7: You can choose Stripe or PayPal to pay.

 

If you choose Stripe to pay, please fill in the Card Number, Expiry Date and CVC code. After checking that everything is correct, check “Save payment information to my account for future purchases.” below, click “Place order” to place the order and make payment.

If you choose to use PayPal to pay, first check “PayPal”, check “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” below, click the “PayPal” button, log in to your PayPal account and complete the payment.

Reasons and solutions for credit card payment declines

If your credit card payment is declined, it could be for the following reasons:

 

1) Incorrect credit card information
Please make sure the credit card information you enter is accurate. Check the card number, expiration date and CVC code and try again.

 

2) Insufficient credit limit
Make sure your credit card has enough available credit to cover the order amount. You can resolve this issue by contacting your credit card issuing bank.

 

3) Bank restrictions
Sometimes, a bank may reject a transaction because it believes it doesn’t fit with your spending habits. You can contact your bank and inform them that you want to make this transaction.

 

4) The credit card has expired
Check if your credit card has expired. If it has expired, you will need to update your credit card information.

 

If you experience a credit card payment, please contact your credit card issuing bank to learn the specific reason why the transaction was declined and to resolve the issue.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, the refund amount will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the return order is processed.
