We are committed to providing you with fast and reliable service to ensure that your pet drying box can be delivered to you as soon as possible. The following is our shipping policy:
Petsupplysto.com’s order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (PST). We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.
Orders placed after 5:00PM Monday – Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 9:00AM the following morning.
Orders placed after 5:00PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders will not be processed on weekends.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and we will do our best to ensure that orders are delivered in the shortest possible time. Under normal circumstances, you can receive the pet drying box within 7-14 business days after the order is packaged. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.

It will take approximately 8-16 business days from the date we process your order for you to receive your pet drying box. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.
If you don’t receive the pet drying box within 16 business days after placing your order, don’t worry, we understand that you are eager to receive the pet drying box, you can contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or re-send it for you.
We offer CNE Express as a shipping method, and the shipping fee is $6.
We do not provide free shipping.
We do not charge additional shipping tax.
We don’t charge GST, if it is levied, customers need to pay it by themselves.
We will pack your pet drying box in a cardboard box and add extra bubble wrap inside to prevent crashing and crushing to minimize potential shipping damage.
We also wrap a plastic film around the pet drying box as it is susceptible to moisture damage.

We currently only support orders from the continental United States. We ship from Room 612-7, 6th Floor, Times Building, Zhongxin Middle Road, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China (312000).
Cancellation or modification of an order can only be made within half an hour of placing the order and while the order has not yet been processed. This includes full or partial cancellation of an order, change of address, change of delivery method, and adding, exchanging, or deleting items from an order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you can contact our customer service Wu Hongkun at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
After successfully canceling the order, the refund will be returned within 1-2 business days, please be patient.
