To track your order please enter your tracking number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
We’re here to assist you Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (PST).
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 9:00 a.m. the following morning; orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will not be processed on weekends.

Pending — Order received (unpaid)
Processing — Payment received (paid) and stock has been held; order is awaiting fulfillment at the warehouse.
Completed — Order fulfilled and complete – shipment tracking included.
Canceled — Canceled by our CS team or by the customer.
